• Once shipped, you will receive an email/SMS confirmation with tracking details.

2. Delivery Timelines

• Standard delivery within 5–7 business days (may vary by location).

• Remote or rural areas may take 7–10 business days.

• Delays may occur due to courier issues, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances (natural calamities, strikes, etc.).

3. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping may be available on prepaid orders above a certain value (as per promotional offers).

• Standard shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

• Any applicable delivery charges are non-refundable once the order is shipped.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD option is available for select pin codes.

• A small COD handling fee may apply.

5. International Shipping

• Currently, we only ship within India. (If you plan to expand, this clause can be updated.)

6. Undeliverable Packages

• If an order is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the package, the order will be returned to us.

• In such cases, shipping charges will be deducted from the refund (if applicable).
