At I-CHOICE, we are committed to delivering your beauty and skincare essentials in a safe and timely manner. Please read our Shipping Policy to understand how we process and deliver your orders.
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of successful payment.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once shipped, you will receive an email/SMS confirmation with tracking details.
2. Delivery Timelines
Standard delivery within 5–7 business days (may vary by location).
Remote or rural areas may take 7–10 business days.
Delays may occur due to courier issues, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances (natural calamities, strikes, etc.).
3. Shipping Charges
Free shipping may be available on prepaid orders above a certain value (as per promotional offers).
Standard shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
Any applicable delivery charges are non-refundable once the order is shipped.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD option is available for select pin codes.
A small COD handling fee may apply.
5. International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within India. (If you plan to expand, this clause can be updated.)
6. Undeliverable Packages
If an order is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the package, the order will be returned to us.
In such cases, shipping charges will be deducted from the refund (if applicable).
