1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

• The product is expired at the time of delivery.

⚠️ Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned, unless found defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Products returned without original packaging or invoice.

• Items purchased under clearance, sale, or promotional offers (unless defective).

• Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process a refund or send a replacement (as per your preference).

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

5. Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to wrong, damaged, or defective product, shipping costs will be borne by us.

• If the return is due to any other reason, customers will bear the return shipping charges.
