1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:
You received a wrong product.
The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
The product is expired at the time of delivery.
⚠️ Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned, unless found defective.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Products that have been used, opened, or tampered with.
Products returned without original packaging or invoice.
Items purchased under clearance, sale, or promotional offers (unless defective).
3. Return Process

Share your order ID, reason for return, and images of the product (if damaged/defective).
Our team will verify and approve eligible return requests.
The product must be shipped back in its original packaging within 7 days of approval.
4. Refund or Replacement
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process a refund or send a replacement (as per your preference).
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
5. Shipping Costs
If the return is due to wrong, damaged, or defective product, shipping costs will be borne by us.
If the return is due to any other reason, customers will bear the return shipping charges.
