1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
The product is damaged, defective, or expired at the time of delivery.
You received the wrong product.
The product was returned following our Return Policy guidelines.
⚠️ Refunds will not be issued for opened, used, or tampered products unless they are defective.
2. Refund Process
Submit a return/refund request at nagpalindu0070@gmail.com or call +91-8950433996 within 48 hours of delivery.
Share your Order ID, refund reason, and images (if applicable).
Once verified and approved, the refund will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned product.
3. Mode of Refund
Prepaid Orders: Refund will be credited to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, etc.).
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refund will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
4. Refund Timeline
Refunds are usually processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
The time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided if:
The product has been used, opened, or altered.
The return request was raised after 48 hours of delivery.
The product was purchased during a clearance/sale/promo offer, unless defective.
