1. Order Cancellation by Customer

• You may request cancellation of your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not been shipped.

• Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may instead refer to our Return Policy after delivery.

2. Order Cancellation by I-CHOICE

We reserve the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:

• Product is out of stock or discontinued.

• Incorrect pricing or product information listed on the website.

• Payment issues or incomplete transactions.

• Suspicious, fraudulent, or bulk purchase orders.

In such cases, customers will be notified, and a full refund will be initiated.

3. Refund on Cancellations

• For prepaid orders cancelled within the allowed time, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, no refund is required as no payment was made.

4. Non-Cancellable Items

• Orders for products purchased under special discounts, clearance sales, or promotional offers may not be eligible for cancellation.
